How To Start A Coffee Shop
A 2-day comprehensive course covering all the major aspects that go into planning and opening a coffee shop. Day 1 covers subjects such as:

Day 2 covers barista training, and we look at areas such as:

| Under & over-extraction | Daily equipment cleaning |
| Milk techniques | Milk & bean storage |
Crucially, the course does not tell to you what to do - it shows you the principles, and guides you through your next steps and helps create your action plan.

Barista Training
The best coffee and coffee machine in the world will be pretty useless you've been properly trained.
We pride ourselves on our barista training, and will organise intense, on-site training, or you can visit our training centre, where the training closely follows the programme used on day 2 of our coffee shop course.

Our 1-day barista training course at our training centre is £149.00 per person - quotes for onsite and bespoke packages are available upon request.
