Coffee Cloud opened in October 2011, and was an immediate success. Designed and run by the owner, Coffee Cloud has brought a cafe culture to Dickens Heath in Solihull.

Cakes, patisserie and cupcakes of the highest quality are all expertly baked onsite, complimenting the coffee. Tea is supplied by a previous client from AnotherCup's portfolio - The Real Tea Cafe.

AnotherCup consulted on the shop layout and equipment, and was brought in to provide pre-opening training, to open and assist in the management of the site, and to produce operational guidelines.
