A stunning new 2000 sqft flagship café and the first of 20 to be rolled out over the next 2 years, Yan Coffee Break aims to create a ‘café culture’ in it’s native Bulgaria.
The design is modern, with plasma TV’s, music and entertainment, however, the main emphasis is on ‘latte art’. Coffees are expertly made by all baristas, achieved after 2 weeks of intensive barista training.
