A six month project, where AnotherCup was engaged to provide full consultancy. We created food and drink menus, sourced equipment, interviewed staff and provided full barista training.

The Real Tea Cafe opened in late December, 2010, and we were there offering operational support in the run up to Christmas and for the New Year, leaving The Real Tea Cafe with a complete operational procedure on how to run the unit.
